Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
  • The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
  • Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

From the series "Berlin Architecture. Hansaviertel is a district full of architectural residential towers like this one. The district was in ruins after World War II and had to be rebuilt. This illustration was made in 2019 after a study trip to the German capital. Created in Adobe Illustrator.

Remko Heemskerk werkte meer dan 15 jaar als Art Director. In zijn vrije tijd is hij te vinden in zijn studio in Haarlem waar hij werkt aan schilderijen en illustraties. Zijn voorkeur in materiaal gaat uit naar Adobe Illustrator en Photoshop voor het maken van zijn illustraties en olie verf en acryl op canvas voor zijn schilderijen. In december 2012 verhuisde Heemskerk voor een haf jaar naar New York waar…
