About the artwork

The sun slowly sinks towards the horizon and the sky above the Teide National Park glows in warm orange tones. Against the light, the majestic Canary Island pines, Pinus canariensis, glow in a bright golden yellow. Their filigree needles, otherwise dark green, are bathed in a warm, almost unearthly light by the last rays of sunshine. The wind blows gently through the treetops, but the trees seem silent, almost reverent in this fleeting beauty of the moment.
The Mirador de Chio, a vantage point in the heights of Tenerife, offers an unforgettable view of this natural spectacle. The golden rays break through the dense branches and it seems as if the landscape itself is glowing. The craggy slopes, the rugged lava fields of the national park and the imposing Teide in the background complete this picture of majesty and wildness.
Here, on the edge of Europe, the ancient power of nature is combined with a moment of fleeting beauty. It is a moment that penetrates the stillness of the place and gives the viewer pause - a shimmering, golden glow that lingers in the memory like a faint, distant song of pine trees in the evening breeze.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
