Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.

The Namib Desert, or Namib for short, is a desert along the coast of Namibia. Part of the Namib is included in the Namib-Naukluft National Park, which is the largest wildlife park in Africa.

Besides observing wild animals I am also involved in nature photography. I mainly concentrate on mammals and birds.
