There she is, my daughter. On the farm, among the cows. Trousers on, boots on and a distinctive farmer's handkerchief tied in her hair. As if it were her daily work, she kindly greets the cows. She strokes them, she talks to them and she gives them straw. She finds the big slithering cow tongues sliding along her hands and cheeks all too funny. How nice that she is so open-minded and caring. A budding farmer's wife. Who knows, in a few years' time, she might even be in the stables milking cows. This photo was taken during our holiday, where we made an excursion to a cattle farm. There we saw the cows, were told something about how milk is made and also got to taste some fresh milk. A nice educational outing that I have fond memories of. And no doubt my daughter too. This is a colour version. Of course, I also have this photo in black and white.
