The Black Browed Albatross is a beautiful and elegant bird. They get their name from the dark 'eyebrows' which disappear beautifully from the eyes as a dark line into the white feathers. Could Jutta Leerdam have copied it from these birds;)?
The Black Browed Albatross has a wingspan of almost 2 1/2 metres, making it one of the largest birds in the world.

The photo was taken on New Island which belongs to the Falkland Islands.
