About ‘Dutch Landscape’ by Original Mostert Photography

The village, often described as a picturesque village between the meadows, is already mentioned in 1277. It is a small village that consists of a late gothic church, a few farms, some houses, an inn/café, a presbytery and a sexton's house. In 2006 36 people lived there. The whole village is a protected village sight.

't Woudt was part of the grave court of Delft from which the reclamation was started around 1150. In 1561 't Woudt counted two farms, nine cottages, an inn, a presbytery and a verger's house. The uniqueness is that this number has hardly changed in the course of time. Old maps show that the pattern of the buildings has remained the same to this day.

't Woudt was established as an independent municipality on 1 January 1812 with the addition of the Batavian municipalities of Groeneveld, Hoog- en Woud-Harnasch and part of Hof van Delft. On 1 April 1817 these additions were undone and the municipality of 't Woudt was dissolved and divided over these three municipalities again.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
