About ‘Dogwalk, not Catwalk’ by INGO

The painting depicts an elegant, red-haired woman walking confidently down a wet city street. She is wearing a form-fitting, deep purple satin evening gown with a high slit and matching purple heels. Instead of walking down a fashionable ‘catwalk’, she is on a ‘dogwalk’: she is holding a thin lead from which a small, perky white dog (a Chihuahua) is walking.
