About "Cyclades Greece"

About the artwork

This graphic painting in shades of blue captures the architectural beauty of the Cyclades in Greece in a stylised and repetitive way. The white churches with their characteristic blue domes and cube-shaped houses are repeatedly depicted in a tight pattern, giving the whole a rhythmic and almost abstract feel. The different shades of blue range from deep indigo to light sky blue, creating the illusion of shadow and light without compromising the simple geometric shapes of the buildings.

The horizon is suggested by gentle waves of blue colour, evoking the proximity of the sea, without explicit details of water or landscape. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
