About the artwork

The silence of a face hiding can speak louder than a thousand words.

Covered is a digital art collection in which faces are enveloped, covered, distorted or obscured - not to disappear, but to find a new kind of presence. Each work is a play of layers: skin and fabric, light and shadow, pixels and emotion. The covering becomes a second skin, a shield as well as a mirror, in which identity reinvents itself.

The collection explores the tension between visibility and protection. What does it mean to be seen in a world that is constantly watching? Hiding faces creates space for imagination - the viewer fills in what is missing, reads feelings in contours, seeks humanity in abstraction.

Colours flow into each other like breath: deep blues, warm ochres, soft skin tones and unexpected digital sparkles. They carry the emotion of each portrait, sometimes tender, sometimes confrontational. Covered is a visual meditation on identity, vulnerability and the beauty of the unspoken - an ode to what lies hidden, yet remains palpably present.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
