"Close-up of two escargots in warm shades of brown" is a macro photo of two snail shells with the spirals turned towards each other.
These two snail shells are warm in colour and and nicely patterned with different shades of brown. If you zoom in on the photo, you can clearly see the sharpness in the photo. When taking this photo, I chose a depth of field that makes sure the heart of the spirals is sharp and a bit before (and after) and from there it gradually fades. I did this to get a kind of depth of field feel to the photo.
At first, it looks like a snail is depicted mirrored, but if you look for a moment you see how different the snails are in colour and that the spirals are also facing the same way.
This work can hang beautifully as wall decoration (on, for example, aluminium or artframe) in the kitchen, dining room, hall or, of course, just above the sofa!
