This is the Lánchíd (literally chain [lánc]bridge[híd]) across the river Danube in Budapest, Hungary. This picture was taken with a long exposure (about 50 seconds) to create the stripes of light. In the background you can see the Szent István Bazilika (Basilica of St. Stephen), which is dedicated to the Holy King István.
