This photo captures a fascinating part of the cliffs of Zakynthos, where nature has sculpted a monumental gateway out of limestone. The natural cave entrance, eroded by centuries of wave action, is a powerful contrast to the clear blue water and the weathered walls that are layered like a layered story of geological time.
