About "Broken Summer"

About the artwork

This is a highly dynamic and conceptual image that forces the viewer to see two realities simultaneously: a lush, sunny summer garden full of poppies, and the sharp, abstract lines of broken glass in the foreground. The pink and yellow flowers are fascinatingly broken, mirrored and distorted by the shards, creating a kaleidoscopic, fragmentary effect. The sharp edges of the glass contrast sharply with the soft, organic shapes and colours of the flowers.

My inspiration lay in the visual metaphor of perception and disruption. I wanted to capture the fragility of beauty and the idea that reality is always fragmentary. The technique creates a unique depth effect and texture, with the fractured reflections attracting attention.

The atmosphere is one of intensity, confusion and conceptual beauty. It is a work that invites introspection on how we see the world.

This work is special in modern and artistic interiors where it serves as a bold, intellectual eye-catcher. It adds a unique dimension of light, reflection and conceptual depth to the space.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
