About ‘Beekbergerwoud’ by Photography by J

Even ten zuiden van Apeldoorn ligt het Beekbergerwoud. Ooit het laatste oerbos van Nederland, totdat in 1871 de laatste boom werd geveld. Gelukkig heeft Natuurmonumenten dit gebied kunnen aankopen en zijn we sinds 2006 volop bezig de natuur te herstellen. En het resultaat tot nu toe mag er zijn. Het is een gevarieerd gebied waar zeldzame planten groeien en je heerlijk kunt wandelen.

Just south of Apeldoorn is the Beekberger forest. Once the last primeval forest in the Netherlands, until the last tree was felled in 1871. Fortunately, Natuurmonumenten has been able to purchase this area and since 2006 we have been busy restoring nature. And the result so far can be there. It is a varied area where rare plants grow and you can walk wonderfully.

Au sud d'Apeldoorn se trouve la forêt de Beekberger. Dernière forêt vierge des Pays-Bas, jusqu’à ce que le dernier arbre ait été abattu en 1871. Heureusement, Natuurmonumenten a pu acheter ce domaine et depuis 2006, nous sommes en train de restaurer la nature. Et le résultat jusqu'à présent peut être là. C'est une région variée où poussent des plantes rares et où vous pourrez marcher à merveille.

Etwas südlich von Apeldoorn liegt der Beekberger Wald. Einst der letzte Urwald in den Niederlanden, bis der letzte Baum 1871 gefällt wurde. Glücklicherweise konnte Natuurmonumenten dieses Gebiet erwerben und seit 2006 sind wir damit beschäftigt, die Natur wiederherzustellen. Und das bisherige Ergebnis kann da sein. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
