About ‘Bärwald Lake’ by Sylvio Dittrich

Bärwalder See Landscape Park, a post-mining landscape that is being recultivated by the LMBV. The lake itself is the residual hole of the Bärwalde open-cast mine. With an area of 13 km², Lake Bärwalde is the largest lake in Saxony and the third largest lake in the Lusatian Lakeland. Klitten harbour with pier and lighthouse.
