About ‘Around Aigues-Mortes’ by Hanneke Luit

Aigues-Mortes is a fortified fortified town in southern France, with city gates and towers. The town is completely walled. you can walk all the way around these city walls and see from above the narrow shopping streets and many roofs with different coloured tiles. Tour et remparts. On the right, the stone wall, in the distance one of the towers. It is nice to see the different courtyards from above like this. The surroundings are also special with pink salt lakes and flamingos'.
