During the day it was heavily cloudy, but luckily the sky was nice and even during the blue hour! I went to Paris on my own for a few days to enjoy photographing (so check out my other photos!). I had decided that I wanted to photograph Arc d'Triomph in the blue hour, during the evening rush hour. Well, it is rush hour all day long :-).
