Lepushe is a small mountain village in the north of the Albanian Alps. It is a beautiful area for hiking and still little visited by tourists. Lepushe is only recently accessible by a paved road. Until recently the road to Lepushe was known as one of the most dangerous roads in Europe.
The surroundings of Lepushe are truly beautiful
and there are plenty of opportunities for one or more days to walk through the mountains. This is the view of the village itself, nicely situated at the foot of the mountains.
