The main element here is an illustration of a rooster by Johan Teyler (1648-1709), isolated on a white background, courtesy of the Dutch Rijksmuseum. I added a number of framing vintage-style textures for greater depth. As to the breed, I suspect it's a predecessor of the Barbu d'Anvers, a bearded bantam breed.
