When you are on Bonaire, you cannot avoid flamingos. I have a soft spot for them anyway, whether they are in the Camargue or on a tropical island like Bonaire. I have to take pictures of them all the time. Since they spend much of their time standing with their heads in the water and only looking up for a moment, you have to be very quick. And because it was very windy this day, I had the greatest difficulty in keeping the 600 mm tele in place.
The trick, of course, between all those times you see one, is to take a picture you don't already have. I think I succeeded in this with this photo. So this pink cloud put me on a pink cloud too!
