About ‘The giants of the forest’ by Danny Slijfer Natuurfotografie

The Veluwezoom is known for its beautiful forests including the beautiful beech forests. Old beeches stand en masse in a dense green covered forest. This photo was taken in spring with a wide-angle. from the roots straight up. What makes this photo special are the two beeches from one rootstock.
