This photo was taken during sunset in Kruger National Park, South Africa. The low sun casts a warm, golden glow over the landscape as the last mist of the day hangs over the savannah. In the distance, silhouettes of trees are visible, gently fading in the orange light of the evening sky.

This shot captures that transitional moment between day and night: a quiet, almost timeless atmosphere in which nature seems to stand still for a moment. The colours, light and silence make this a recognisable and serene scene of the African wilderness. The view of the river completes the picture.
