About the artwork

Rome, the eternal city, is a place where history, art and culture come together in a way found nowhere else in the world. Walking through the city, you literally step through the centuries: from the imposing Colosseum and the Roman Forum, where gladiators and emperors wrote their stories, to the elegant Spanish Steps and the baroque splendour of the Trevi Fountain.

No visit to Rome is complete without an exploration of the Vatican. Here you will find the impressive St Peter's Basilica, the imposing St Peter's Square and Michelangelo's world-famous frescoes in the Sistine Chapel. The Vatican Museum also houses an unrivalled collection of art and history that reflects the soul of Italy.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
