About ‘Reflection in the mill pit’ by Holger Felix

The photograph shows the northern row of houses together with the nave and steeple of the brick church of St Nikolai. The central part of the picture, however, is the Wismar mill pit, an artificial canal created in the Middle Ages, in which the row of houses and the church tower of St Nikolai are reflected.
