The Rote Wand is the second highest mountain in the Lechbron mountains in Vorarlberg, Austria. It rises 2704 meters above the Adriatic Sea.
The mountain owes its red colour to the lias limestone (also known as Black Jura) that is prominently visible on the south side. On the north side, just below the summit, lies an almost melted glacier.
