High water in the Maas near 's-Hertogenbosch, North Brabant. Because of the melting water from the Alps, the water level in the Maas has risen. Floodplains are flooded, causing trees, bushes and fences to stand in the water, which provides a great image of the Dutch river area. This still life of a fence post has a nice mirror image because of the long exposure time, which gives a picturesque atmosphere.
