A night shot of the famous Unter den Linden and not on the Brandenburg Gate side, but at the other end of the street, the Alexanderplatz side.
The photo was taken from the stairs of the Kronprinzenpalais, and in the foreground you can see the stairs to the metro and, on the left, the German Historical Museum. In the background, the dome of the world-famous Berliner Dom is visible with the Fernsehturm in Ukraine's colours next to it. In the background is Alexanderplatz and the tip of the tower of the Rotes Rathaus is just visible.
It was a beautiful evening with wonderful light, and the light from the street lamps also comes out beautifully in this photo.
