About the artwork

A bizarre apparition lurked in a dark alley behind the old fish market: a rainbow-coloured gangster lobster. Its claws glistened in the little light that shone through the dirty windows. With his surreal appearance and skittish eyes, he was a legend in the city's underworld.

The lobster, known as 'The Pearl of the Deeps', ruled over a small gang engaged in illegal trade in shells and seafood. His scheming ways were notorious among both fish and people. Using his armour as his shield and his scissors as his weapons, he managed to defend his territory against rival gangs and the corrupt law enforcers.

Although he led a shadowy existence, there was a strange beauty in his colourful appearance and brute courage. No one knew where he came from, but everyone knew his name and feared his powerful grip.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
