A lightning bolt splits the night sky, branching like a vein of light over the mountains of Val d’Intelvi. The landscape, usually calm, ignites in a pulse of raw energy, a brief connection between sky and earth.
Clouds glow in shades of purple and blue, while the lit bell tower in the foreground stands motionless, a human witness to a larger natural force.
The composition balances opposites: chaos and structure, nature and architecture, silence and explosion.
A suspended moment, where time contracts into a single flash of light.
