Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.

About ‘Debre Berhan: Badhuis van Fasiladas’ by Maarten Verhees

Gondar was tot en met 1855 de hoofdstad van het land Ethiopië. Tot 1995 was Gondar de hoofdstad van de voormalige provincie Begemder.Door het badhuis van Koning Fasiladas is Gondar bekend geworden. Het badhuis werd vroeger voornamelijk gebruikt door de Keizerlijke families. Daarnaast gebruikten ze het ook regelmatig voor religieuze vieringen. Elk jaar weer wordt het badhuis gebruikt voor de Timkat Ceremonie. Dit is een viering waarbij de doop van Jezus wordt herdacht. Langs het bassin van het badhuis loopt dit idyllische paadje .
