About ‘Breaking Through the Glass Ceiling’ by Dorothy Berry-Lound
Breaking through the glass ceiling is a metaphor for an invisible barrier that prevents some people being promoted to senior positions. It is a form of discrimination. In this image I have depicted an orange rose, feminine energy, representing a woman who is surrounded by shards of glass as she has managed to break through that barrier.
