About the artwork

The majestic walls of Saint-Malo fortress rise from history, an ancient symbol of resilience and perseverance. Behind the massive fortifications lies a city that bears its maritime heritage with pride.
The fort was built in 1689 and can be visited at low tide.

In the foreground, you can see the wooden posts that act as seawalls, but at the same time serve as a visual reminder of the constant battle against the elements. These contrasts, between the robust fortress and seawall, reflect the soul of Saint-Malo - a city that cherishes its past while continuing to adapt to the challenges of the present.

Here, where history meets nature, you feel the eternal connection between land and sea, between man and the forces of the ocean. It is a place where time seems to stand still, while the waves continue to break tirelessly on the shore, and where the stories of the past still whisper in the salty sea breeze.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
