About ‘A Summery Robbenplaat Close to Texel’ by Mr White Takes Pictures
Looking from the beach at beach pavilion Kaap Noord on the Wadden Island of Texel, the view is breathtakingly beautiful. With a small zoomlens I managed to capture the seals as beautiful dots with the blue Wadden Sea and the (almost) completely blue sky as background. I never get bored here.

I am Martijn Wit and I like to photograph nature in my neighbourhood, but I also love to capture the city and the night. I love the play of light in combination with the vintage lenses I use. I like doing macro and close-up photography, so I often lie on my stomach among the bushes. My focus is often on the tranquillity that, if you look closely, can be found everywhere.
