Between Forggensee and the sky

Panorama over the Ostallgäu
From the Tegelberg, high above the gentle waves of the world, a picture opens up that sounds like a soft song of light and expanse. Below me, the Ostallgäu spreads out in lush green and tranquil blue. Schwangau and Waltenhofen nestle against the earth, villages dotted between fields and meadows, criss-crossed by narrow roads that run through the landscape like thoughts.
Lake Forggensee glistens in the sunlight - a sky-blue mirror on which the clouds linger as if they want to forget their path for a moment. Further west rests the Hopfensee, smaller, dreamier, a place where the wind whispers stories. The scent of morning, of dew and freedom, of the nearby mountains that watch silently yet vigilantly over the land, lingers over everything.
Up here, time seems to stretch out - a breath of eternity, carried by the sound of the sky. The gaze wanders, the heart follows, and for a moment everything becomes light: earth, air and soul find each other in the silence of the heights.
