Buddha surrounded by a circle of radiant light

At the heart of the main chedi, where the light drifts through the coloured glass panes like a quiet breath, the Buddha sits in unshakeable tranquillity. His golden robe catches the rays, as if it were glowing with an inner fire of its own. Behind him, the round window opens like a gateway to another reality, a mandala of glass that breaks the world down into delicate lines and shimmering colours.
The silence of the space carries a depth that one does not hear, but feels. Every reflection on the gold, every bloom in the mosaic, every delicate contour seems to be held in place by an invisible order. Here, craftsmanship and devotion, form and meaning, matter and spirit merge.
The statue does not appear as an object, but as a presence that fills the room with clarity. It serves as a reminder that enlightenment is not a distant goal, but a state of inner awakening. The light filtering through the glass seems to confirm this idea – a quiet hint that beauty and insight often appear in the same moment.
Thus, the photograph becomes a moment of contemplation, an image that not only shows but also opens up: a window onto stillness.
