This aerial photo taken at night of a roundabout with an Oldtimer Volkswagen Beetle was made by a drone. This is a slow shutter speed photo of a few seconds. This creates the light streaks on the aerial photo. These stripes are from moving cars.
Light trails are created in long-exposure photography. this is especially common in night photography.
The roundabout on the aerial photo is the Herbie roundabout in De Bilt, a small village next to Utrecht. On this roundabout is a work of art of a Volkswagen Beetle that looks a lot like Herbie. Herbie is the name of a Volkswagen Beetle and is also the "protagonist" of a series of Disney films.
