St Vitus' Cathedral is part of Prague Castle, the complex of buildings that rises high on the Hradcany hill above the city of Prague.
The cathedral, which took more than 600 years to build, stands beautifully here in the backlight later in the afternoon.
It is a draw for many tourists who liven up the photo here, you can try to wait until they are out of view but I deliberately chose to give the photo a lively character. The copper roofing contrasts nicely with the dark cathedral.
To the right of the photo we can still see the Carrati fountain.
