Registration: F-AZMS.
The Morane-Saulnier type H was a French monoplane sports aircraft built by Morane-Sauilnier. The first flight of the single-engine aircraft was in 1913. The type H was a derivative of the successful Morane-Saulnier type G sports and racing aircraft. French aviation pioneer Roland Garros won a number of awards and made record-breaking flights with the Type H. During the opening phase of World War I, the type H was used by the French army as a reconnaissance aircraft.
In Germany, the type H was further developed as a fighter with a forward-firing machine gun and became known as the infamous Fokker Eindecker.
