About the artwork

Duck is the common name for a number of species of birds in the family of ducklings (Anatidae). All species in the Anatidae are called "ducks" except those in the subfamily Anserinae, the geese and swans. Ducks are mainly aquatic birds, usually smaller than their relatives, the swans and geese, with short necks, and can be found in both fresh and salt water. The Tadorninae, which include the shelduck, are midway between a goose and a duck in size. Ducks are sometimes confused with several species of unrelated birds with similar shapes, such as divers, grebes, rals, coots and moorhens. Sometimes "duck" refers only to female ducks. A male duck is called a "duckling". A young duck is called dart (sometimes piel); in general, young of chickens and ducks are also called "pullet" or "pulleke". A mallard duckling, the most common species, can be recognised by some curled feathers on the tail (this is not always visible) in addition to its colour. source wikipedia

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
