About the artwork

The organs of Ille-sur-Têt in the Riberal of the Pyrénées-Orientales are a fascinating natural wonder that captivates the senses. This unique geological phenomenon is made up of immense sandstone formations formed by erosion and weathering. The striking columns and spires rise majestically into the sky, creating a surreal landscape.

The rusty-brown rocks, known as "Les Orgues", don't get their name by chance. They are strongly reminiscent of organ pipes, both in shape and layout. The stone pillars rise to a height of 12 metres, forming an impressive whole that nature seems to have shaped into a melodious symphony.

The play of light and shadow on the sharp-edged rocks lends the setting a mystical atmosphere, especially at sunrise or sunset. The wind rushing through the narrow cracks produces a gentle melody that takes the place to another dimensional level.

Visitors strolling between the imposing rock formations experience the power of nature in its purest form. The organs of Ille-sur-Têt are not only a visual spectacle, but also a powerful reminder of nature's awesome beauty and creativity. This natural wonder is rightly regarded as a masterpiece of geological art.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
