We xien a corner of a painting by Toon Hermans, along it a ladybird walks, almost as if Toon had thought this up On the Herman van Veen Arts Center in Soest is an exhibition of paintings by Toon Hermans. When we were there during the repair, it was full of ladybirds. One of them walked gingerly past a Toon Hermans painting, almost as if it had wanted it that way. It could have been a scene from a conference or a theme for a song or poem. Small but beautiful
Although working as a lyrical chronicler, sometimes I see things that are not there; I photograph and edit them.
