About the artwork

A close up watercolor portrait of a green eye with high contrast between the cool iris and warm skin tones. Transparent washes let the paper grain breathe while precise lines define the upper lid the inner corner and the arc of lashes. Directional splashes and a few controlled drips travel outward so the bright pupil and crisp catchlight remain the focal point.

The work began as a study of tension between clarity and flow. I allowed water to create soft blooms at the edges then returned with measured glazing to model the iris ring the highlight and the lower lid. Small reserved whites and subtle shifts from emerald to olive keep the color luminous without turning muddy, giving the gaze a calm alert presence.

This portrait fragment reads strongly from a distance and rewards close viewing with delicate textures and droplets. It pairs well with neutral palettes brushed metal and light woods, making a refined focal piece for living rooms studios and beauty spaces.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
