About the artwork

This painting is part of my long series entitled ELEPHANTS. I am the only artist in the world who has depicted the elephant in many different techniques and styles. You can see a number of them on Artmajeur.
?? BIG TUSKER LU1 in Kenya
Format: 75x100 cm, stretcher frame, acrylic, metallic, 2023. Belongs to the series: Elephants - Gentile Giants.
? This magnificent ELEPHANT BULB lives in Kenya and bears the code name LU1. It is around 50 years old and has the largest tusks of any elephant in Kenya's Tsavo Park; perhaps even in the world! He is one of the Big Tuskers.
? The colours of the painting: metallic blue, silver, bronze, dark brown, turquoise blue, turquoise green, ivory, black.
Painted with a palette knife to create wonderful structures that match the elephant. An impressive picture that not only shows a BIG TUSKER, but also the sensitivity of these majestic animals when viewed attentively.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
