About "Asian woman portrait with flower hat - watercolour painting"

About the artwork

This watercolour painting was inspired by an old photograph found in my late grandparents' attic. The origin of the photo is unknown, but the fact that they framed it indicates that the image must have had special meaning for them. From this fragment of the past, a new work of art was created that honours the memory and breathes new life into it.The portrait depicts an Asian girl in a traditional look, dressed in warm shades of red and wearing a large hat adorned with flowers. The paint splashes, soft transitions and rich colours give the painting a dreamy and expressive mood. The combination of the picture's mysterious past and the modern watercolour technique makes this artwork both personal and universally recognisable.This painting exudes tranquillity, nostalgia and sophistication and fits beautifully in a modern interior, a Japandi style home or a space where memory and beauty come together. What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
