Vincent van Gogh painted the still life with this Almond blossom in 1890 with oil on canvas. The painting is currently on display in the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam.
This work is a variation on the original almond blossom and is executed in the Dark Red.
A print on canvas approaches the original with the brushstrokes still clearly visible. But also on modern materials such as Xpozer or Aluminium this iconic work comes into its own.
