This former hotel was one of the highlights of my recent trips. People used to stay here for their holidays in an area with mountains where they were able to ski in the winter, or hike and take a walk in the summer.
It is a huge place and there is great natural decay. Think I've noticed a spot where a small fire happened and there has been a lot of damage to the roof which has resulted in a lot of rain coming in. Therefor a lot of the upper rooms are covered in moss, which gives a great effect.
The particular room in this photo caught my attention due to the beautiful light coming in and the dramatic floor. I was afraid to walk on it, and I didn't, so I found my self a safe spot to stand and take this picture. Hope you like it!
